Job Responsibilities

Check & Generate Invoice

Prepare and send customer statements and sales reports

Update customer bank receipt records and deposit listing

Reply to customer messages via WhatsApp professionally and promptly

Cross-check reported box numbers with system records and driver reports

Ensure accuracy of commission data before submission

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification

At least 1 year of working experience

On-the-job training will be provided

Responsible and detail-oriented

Willing to learn, responsible and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of SQL
