Our delivery fees are based on the size of the boxes. We offer three box sizes: S, M, and L. Please refer to the Packaging Guide (PDF) below for the size ranges and specifications.

Non Member: You can contact our person in charge with your full address, and we will confirm it for you.
Member: you may check in the system or with our customer service.
Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily, excluding Sundays. During peak seasons, delays may occur.
📦 Delivered next day after collection (except peak seasons or delays).
📦 Goods return to KL HQ for sorting before delivery.
📦 Parcels may be exposed to room temperature during loading/unloading; take precautions.
📦 Singapore deliveries arrive on the 3rd day.
Please ensure the goods are placed in polystyrene boxes with sufficient cooling measures before handing them over.
This means 80% of our fleet consists of refrigerated trucks, while 20% are normal trucks used for delivery.
During peak seasons, subcontracted drivers will be used for all normal trucks or vans.
To get started, please fill out the inquiry form for the service you're interested in on our website. Each service has its own form, so be sure to select the right one. Once submitted, our team will review your shipping needs and provide a personalized quote, followed by the next steps for onboarding.
For pick-up services, please get in touch with our sales/marketing in-charge person to make arrangements. Please note that pick-up charges will be applicable based on your location.
If you have any complaints, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
2. Provide clear video footage and photos as evidence.
3. Keep the goods for inspection purposes.
We will respond and begin processing your case within 48 hours. After reviewing the case, we will offer a resolution or compensation where applicable. The maximum compensation amount is RM200, depending on our review of the case.
All compensation will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.
