Do you deliver into Singapore?
Yes, as a cross-border delivery service. We do not operate a depot in Singapore, so it is a destination we run to rather than a base a rented vehicle can work out of.
Can you store the goods as well as move them?
Yes. We hold cold room storage at our Sungai Buloh sorting centre, so storage and transport can sit with one company instead of two.
How do I know the temperature actually held?
Trips are monitored for temperature as well as location, and the record for a run is available to you.
Which areas do you cover, and on which days?
Peninsular Malaysia, with delivery days that differ by area. The coverage checker on our quotation page returns the days for a given postcode.
How do I get a price?
Send us the route, how often it runs, the temperature and roughly what you are moving. We quote against that rather than a list rate, because a fixed daily run and an occasional project load are not the same job.
